Account and Data Deletion

MAI Study is operated by Mavus Corporation. You do not need to sign in to view these instructions.

1. Email services@mavusmedical.com with the subject "MAI Study account deletion", preferably from the email associated with your MAI Study account.
2. State whether you want to delete your entire account or particular information. If you use Google or Facebook to sign in, mention which provider you use. Do not include passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or identity documents in your initial request.
3. We will verify account ownership and explain the deletion scope and expected timing before processing the request. If you cannot access the original email, contact us to discuss verification.

Account deletion concerns your MAI Study account, linked sign-in identities, and associated personal information and submissions. Any legal or security retention exceptions will be explained. Restricted backup copies may remain until the backups expire. See our Privacy Policy.

Revoke social sign-in

You can also remove MAI Study from your Google Account third-party connections or Facebook Apps and Websites settings. This revokes the provider authorization; it is not a request to delete your MAI Study account. Use the email process above for deletion. Deleting your MAI Study account does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
